Phase’s fifth single, a forerunner of our third album has finally arrived, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out!
Floral Effect has had quite the journey. Originally slated for release on March 1st, it endured a series of delays that seemed almost mythical in scale and we all know what happened to that plan. In the end, we decided to hold it back for our Record Store Day show at HMV, and no pandemics or plagues, biblical or otherwise, are going to stop us this time!
So here it is: Floral Effect; a track that means a great deal to us, and one we’re thrilled to finally share with you. While we dive back into the studio to continue work on the new album, we’d love to hear what you think of it.
IT’S ONLY PROG, BUT I LIKE IT
The Smile, taken from our newly released single, featuring a powerful mix by none other than Devon Graves (a.k.a. Buddy Lackey of Psychotic Waltz and Deadsoul Tribe), has found its way onto this month’s collector’s edition PROG Magazine CD sampler! We’re honoured to be featured alongside so many incredible artists in such a respected publication, especially in this celebratory issue.
But that’s not all; Phase is hitting the road this October, kicking off a mini European tour starting in Poland, with additional dates to be announced very soon.
So keep your eyes peeled and your ears ready. We’re bringing the noise—and The Smile—to a city near you.
